DENVER & MARTINSBURG, WV – OmniTRAX, one of the fastest growing railroads in North America and an affiliate of The Broe Group, is extending its new Rail-Ready Sites program to the West Virginia branch of the Winchester & Western Railroad (WW). The Rail-Ready Sites program connects rail-served sites with customers in need of property to access the benefits of rail.
OmniTRAX worked closely with the Berkeley County, WV Development Authority to identify the best developable, rail-ready sites along the Winchester and Western railroad. The initial six sites, which total 795 acres and range from 35 to 500 acre parcels, are ideal locations for rail-served manufacturing, food and beverage processing, and distribution facilities. To review these sites and learn more how OmniTRAX can help you locate on rail, please visit us at this link.
