The Sand Springs Railway has direct connections with Union Pacific and BNSF. The Sand Springs Railway Company is a Class III railroad operating freight rail service between Sand Springs and Tulsa over a 32-mile route. BRG operates 45 miles of line at the Port of Brownsville, and interchanges with Union Pacific and KCSM. BRG traffic includes steel, agricultural products, food products, and general commodities. The BRG commenced operations in 1984 when the Brownsville Navigation District (BND) reclaimed Port railroad operations from the Missouri Pacific Railroad. The BND, which manages the Port of Brownsville, entered a 30-year agreement with OmniTRAX to operate and expand the business development capabilities of the Brownsville & Rio Grande International Railway on its behalf in June of 2014. The Port of Brownsville currently has 40,000 acres of land available for development.

Chicago Rail Link, LLC (CRL), provides switching and terminal services over 72 miles of track in Chicago, Illinois. CRL’s rail services include customizable switching, intermediate and bridge rail services through the Chicago Terminal complex. In addition to serving the Port of Chicago, CRL is the switching operator over METRA trackage to Blue Island yard.
