OmniTRAX Appoints New Executive to Lead Winchester Western Railroad

Stacey Posey Named W&W President and OmniTRAX Regional Engineer

DENVER – November 23, 2021, 2021 OmniTRAX, Inc., a comprehensive logistics solutions provider and the transportation affiliate of The Broe Group, has announced that Stacey Posey has been named President of the Winchester and Western Railroad (W&W). Posey will lead rail service for W&W’s 100 miles of track in Virginia and New Jersey, connecting thousands of carloads of commodities and goods to the CSX and Norfolk Southern Class I domestic networks.

“We are excited to have Stacey join our OmniTRAX family,” said OmniTRAX President and COO Sergio Sabatini. “His leadership, experience and skill set will compliment a strong W&W team as we continue to expand our service throughout the region.”

Posey, a Tennessee native, adds nineteen years of Class I experience and regional rail leadership experience to the OmniTRAX affiliate. Most recently, Stacey served as Chief Operating Officer for Superior Traffic Services. As W&W President, Posey will have responsibility for all facets of the W&W, including operations, engineering, mechanical, and business development.

In addition, Posey will be the Regional Engineer for OmniTRAX’s Central Region, overseeing the maintenance and capital work for track infrastructure of OmniTRAX lines that span from California to New Jersey.

“I’m excited to join the OmniTRAX team and look forward to working with a dedicated W&W team,” said Posey. “The W&W has a deep history of serving the eastern US and, as companies prioritize reliable domestic supply chains to meet evolving market needs, it has the power to keep US goods moving.”

Stacey begins his responsibilities immediately.
