To our Valued Customers, Partners and Communities,


We hope this note finds you, your family and your colleagues well during these unusual times.


As COVID-19 impacts our business and daily lives, we are taking measures to keep our employees, partners, customers and communities safe while providing critical rail services. OmniTRAX is following recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local public health agencies to avoid service interruptions. We have also implemented a Coronavirus Prevention and Response program that is monitoring events and will be revised as warranted.


Our rail network currently has no service interruptions due to COVID-19. We do not expect any impact on our ability to provide rail services for you at this time.


If your facility is impacted by COVID-19 or you are aware of changes in your service needs, please reach out to our Network Operations Center at 877.276.3777. Your usual sales contacts are also available.


We do have additional capacity and supply chain expertise available to you if you need alternative solutions.


We will remain in close contact with you to minimize any potential disruptions.


We will continue to provide updates bi-weekly unless sooner is appropriate.
