OmniTRAX Safe Shipper Award presented to local rail shipper that has demonstrated spotless rail safety excellence
June 13, 2022 – DENVER – Great Western Railway of Colorado, LLC (GWR), a managed affiliate of OmniTRAX, the transportation affiliate of The Broe Group, presented a community donation to Windsor Severance Fire Rescue at a ceremony honoring GWR’s 2021 OmniTRAX Safe Shipper Award winner. The OmniTRAX Safe Shipper Award recognizes companies nationwide that model exemplary shipping safety by shipping or receiving loaded cars on the network with no accidental releases during the previous year.
“The OmniTRAX Safe Shipper Award is our highest honor for shipping safety, earned by partners with a clear commitment to safety,” said OmniTRAX Senior Vice President of Operations John Bradley. “We congratulate this year’s GWR award winner for their spotless record and their consistent commitment to shipping safety.”
The 2021 OmniTRAX Safe Shipper Award winner for the GWR is Tarquin-Coolpro, LLC. In their honor, a $1,000 contribution was made to Windsor Severance Fire Rescue.
