DENVER – OmniTRAX, one of the fastest growing railroads in North America and an affiliate of The Broe Group, is adding industry veteran Federico D. Díaz Page to the Industrial Development team. Diaz Page, who reports to Ean Johnson, Vice President of Industrial Development, will work closely with economic and industrial stakeholders to bring new business to OmniTRAX properties in Texas & Oklahoma.

“Federico is a dynamic leader with more than 20 years of experience in a broad range of operational, strategic and commercial responsibilities. He brings expertise in rail transportation, economic development and industrial promotion to the new position.” said Johnson.

Diaz Page was most recently Executive Vice President of Texas Pacifico Transportation Ltd., a short line rail operator in Texas, where he helped reduce the operating ratio from 104% to 56% in two years and maintained that level for several years while increasing revenue cars over tenfold in the same period. Prior to Texas Pacifico, he was a Vice President at Intermodal Mexico, S.A. de C.V. overseeing IMEX railroad services, transportation and construction activities and trans-loading facilities operation. Diaz Page also worked previously at federal and state rail and economic development agencies.

Diaz Page holds a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from LaSalle University in Mexico City.
