New Board Appointment Reflects OmniTRAX’s Expanded Rail Operations in California 

Santa Maria, Calif. – October 3, 2025 – OmniTRAX Vice President of Operations Dallas Ramos has been appointed to the California Short Line Railroad Association (CSLRA) Board. OmniTRAX, one of North America’s fastest growing privately held rail management companies, operates California’s Stockton Terminal and Eastern Railroad and the Santa Maria Valley Railroad in partnership with Coast Belle Rail Corporation.
