Do you need to access the land around our tracks?
Beyond Powering your Business by Rail and Real Estate, we strive to make all aspects of the rail process simple and painless. Quite possibly one of the most cumbersome interactions one can have with railroads is when you need access to the area around the tracks themselves. Whether you need to install utility lines or build a road over tracks, we will help you get what you need done to seamlessly achieve your goals. RIGHT OF ENTRY
If you need to access railroad-owned property as a part of your adjacent project which may include, but is not limited to, digging, drilling, soil sampling, monitoring, surveys, etc., you will be required to obtain written permission in the form of a Right of Entry agreement. We grant thirty (30) day Right of Entry agreements. If you will require a Right of Entry for longer than a thirty day period, please let us know in advance.

LAND LEASE
For land uses such as parking, farming, cell towers, signboards, landscaping, residential dwellings or parking, etc.. please complete the Land Lease application below and provide us with details how you intend to use the property.

If you require a grade crossing, whether you are a government agency, municipality, industry, resident, or other non-municipal entity, please complete the appropriate grade crossing application below.

TERMINATIONS, MODIFICATIONS, AND ASSIGNMENT REQUESTS
TERMINATION REQUESTS
If you are an existing tenant/lessee who is formally requesting to terminate your contract, use the Termination form to submit your request.
MODIFICATION REQUEST
For modifications to existing agreements, including changes in casing, depth, location, changes to size or quantity of commodity, complete the Modification form below. Installation of anything NEW will require a NEW application from the corresponding area above to be submitted versus a modification.

If you are a new customer that will require any continuing lease agreements, you will be required to submit the New Customer Credit Application per the instructions provided on the first page.
