Flexible Spending Accounts: Associates have the opportunity to direct a portion of their pay into a special tax-free account that may be used for reimbursement on eligible out-of-pocket expenses, such as uncovered medical expenses and dependent care.

Short-term and Long-term Disability Insurance: Salaried associates have short-term disability insurance at no cost to them.

Vacation and Holidays: Associates are eligible for paid vacation days based on years of service and depending on the type of position. In addition, OmniTRAX managed company associates receive the holidays provided for by law in the United States and Canada.

401(k) Plan with Company Match: The plan allows eligible associates to save an amount of their pay on a pre-tax basis.
