Michael W. Peters has formally joined the organization...
• OmniTRAX, Inc. and its affiliated managed companies (OmniTRAX) are pleased to announce that Michael W. Peters has joined OmniTRAX in the role of Senior Vice President/Chief Commercial Officer.
Mike has more than 20 years experience in supply chain roles, including positions in industrial development, supply chain/logistics, process consulting, commercial, and transportation management roles. Most recently, Mike served as the Principal at his consulting firm, Peakview Strategy Group, LLC. Prior to this role, Mike spent six years with ProLogis where he led the National Accounts program for the Western U.S. and managed their ProLogis Solutions group. Mike gained additional leadership and commercial experience in senior roles with Level 3 Communications, Coors Brewing Company, Mercer Management Consulting, and Caterpillar Logistics Services.
Mike graduated from the University of Michigan with a Masters Degree in Business Administration. Additionally, he earned a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kansas.
As Senior Vice President/Chief Commercial Officer of OmniTRAX, Mike has overall responsibility for marketing, field sales, customer service, industrial and business development, and railroad real estate. He will focus on maintaining existing business, developing new business opportunities, profitable revenue growth, and internal collaboration to build the franchise of OmniTRAX.

Alan C. Thiem has formally joined the organization...
• OmniTRAX, Inc. is pleased to announce that Alan C. Thiem has joined the company in the role of Regional Director of Marketing and Sales. Alan will focus on business development opportunities as well as marketing and sales for an assigned territory with direct responsibility for maintaining existing business, developing new business opportunities, and revenue growth for the OmniTRAX railroads located in the assigned territory.
Alan has had a variety of experience in transportation, logistics/supply chain, and commercial roles. Most recently, Alan served as Director of Supply Chain Management – Network Design & Development for Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics ("WWL") managing commercial operations with rail, truck, and ocean carriers and before that he served as Director of Supply Chain – Operations at WWL managing all of Nissan North America’s inland automobile logistics. Prior to his employment with WWL, Alan held the position of Assistant Manager Logistics Operations at American Honda Motor Company, Inc. in Torrance, California. Previously, Alan worked for Norfolk Southern Corporation for nine years within its sales and marketing area.
Alan graduated from Old Dominion University with a Master of Arts in International Studies/Business. Additionally, Alan earned a Bachelor of Arts from Virginia Wesleyan College in Norfolk, Virginia.

• Larry Bush has been named Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer of OmniTRAX, Inc.
Since his hire in early 2007, Larry has served as the top financial advisor for the organization. He directly oversees all company
accounting practices, including the accounting departments, budget preparation and performance, financial planning and reporting,
tax/audit/treasury, revenue management systems as well as the Information Technology, Procurement, Customer Service, and Risk
Management functions. He will continue to proactively build positive banking relationships with our key creditors and analyze
opportunities for expansion and growth.

Darcy Brede has been named Senior Vice President/COO...
• Darcy Brede has been named Senior Vice President/Chief Operating Officer of OmniTRAX, Inc.
Darcy will continue to directly manage operations for the entire OmniTRAX organization to include the U.S. and Canadian rail services,
terminal services, equipment services, and switching services. He holds full responsibility for the financial performance, team
development, and safe operating environments across all of our operating units.

Mike Ogborn has been named Managing Director...
• Mike Ogborn has been named Managing Director – Government and Public Affairs. With over sixteen years of dedicated service to
the organization, Mike has been instrumental in building key relationships with government and industry affiliates. He will
continue to serve as President of the Churchill Gateway Development Corporation and foster key government relationships within
Canada at the federal, provincial, and local levels as well as with First Nations tribal leaders.
Mike will continue to be heavily involved in the Canadian Bay Line Rehabilitation Project in managing the government relationships
related to the funding of this key strategic initiative. Additionally, Mike actively serves as our primary organizational
representative with the trade association, American Short Line and Regional Railroad Association (ASLRRA), currently serving on
its Board of Directors and Executive Committee. He will continue to serve our interests on legislative and regulatory matters
within the U.S. and Canada. Mike is the primary Public Relations and Media spokesperson for the organization.

• Kimberley MacMillan has been named to the senior management team as Vice President of Human Resources.
Kimberley is directly responsible for all human resources, benefits, and payroll activities within the company. Since her hire in
early 2008, she has been instrumental in aligning programs to better serve our associates and business needs. Her new role
will ensure a human resources perspective is present at the senior level as we develop our strategic business plans.

Pat Avery has formally joined the organization...
• Pat Avery has formally joined the organization as Vice President – Energy and Commodities. Pat is responsible for the development
of a new business unit focused on the procurement, logistics, terminal management, and remarketing of energy, such as petroleum
products, bio-fuels, etc., as an OmniTRAX managed company. He will lead all efforts connected to the marketing, sourcing,
pricing, movement, and storage of petroleum and other liquid products, including specific responsibility for the Churchill
Marine Tank Farm. Pat brings a wealth of experience gained from roles at Intrepid Potash, JR Simplot, Sante Fe Pacific Pipelines
, and ARCO (Atlantic Richfield).
